MICAH Bijon VAULTZ

Founder

Micah Bijon Vaultz is a multidisciplinary artist from South Central Los Angeles whose practice encompasses acting, writing, poetry, songwriting, singing, rapping, production, and composition. Over the past decade he has written, produced, and composed more than 1,000 records, drawing influence from Black psychology, cinema, self-improvement, love, and the restless energy of Los Angeles. His creative journey includes collaborations and projects tied to artists and brands such as Kanye West, Brockhampton, Odd Future, Steve Lacy, Disney, Apple, Google, Dos Equis, and PrizePicks. Across every medium he works in, Micah seeks to entertain, to heal, and to broaden what’s possible for Black artists as he pursues the goal of becoming an EGOT-winning creator.

Secretary / Project Manager

Joy Cloyd is an LA-based Creative Producer and Project Manager who specializes in entertainment, experiential, and culture-driven campaigns for platforms and partners like HBO Max, Hulu, Searchlight, and emerging community-focused brands. She brings strategic vision, hands-on production expertise, and a collaborative approach to developing memorable branded experiences.

edwin VAULTZ

Treasurer / Cultural Advisor

Edwin Vaultz is a Los Angeles-based music and culture figure with deep roots in West Coast entertainment, community building, and artist development. As a longtime witness to the rise, challenges, and evolution of Black artists in Los Angeles, Edwin brings lived experience, historical perspective, and financial stewardship to Intentions Community Fund. His role supports the organization’s commitment to preserving creative legacy, building responsible systems, and creating support structures for artists, youth, and community members who deserve access, care, and opportunity.
